Hello there my beautiful lazygirlfam ! Hope you all are doing well and good. So, I assume, you all are aware of the situation going around the World right now. Now, you might be a little confused in here, about what exact situation I am talking about,  since there’s alot of things going in the world right now, isn’t it ?! So, let me be a little more specific.I am talking about COVID-19. Now I’ll just go straight to the point, okay. So, no matter how much sanitiser or hand wash you use, there is still no guarantee that you’re safe from the virus or COVID-19, right ?!

But hey ! ..don’t you stress your cute little head with much thoughts, okay !  Because I am  here to help you all with my new blog.

And now my dear, you might be thinking that, how exactly I am going to help you, right ?!

Did I like, invent a vaccine for the disease or something ?! ( Okay, Sorry bad joke !!)

But so what, even without a vaccine, I am going to help you. So, as I said earlier, no matter how many times you sanitise your hands or yourself, that doesn’t ensure that you’re safe, isn’t it ? What you really need is, a strong IMMUNE SYSTEM within your body along with taking all the precautions and measures and that is what, is going to help you fight against this deadly disease, you know !

Now, this time I wouldn’t mess around with your cute little head much and really get straight to the point !

  • PAPAYA

 

So, if you’re someone like me and you’re not a big fan of Papaya, then you better read this girl !  Because, once I knew about the benefits of Papaya, I started including Papaya a little more into my diet. Now, let’s know what those benefits are…

  • Papaya is a fruit that is loaded with VITAMIN C. ( You can find 157 % of daily recommended vitamin c in a single papaya )

  • Papaya contains an enzyme called “PAPAIN” , which can break down tough protein chains found in  muscle meat and with that, it helps in digestion too.

  • Papayas also contain POTASSIUM, VITAMIN B  &  FOLATE and all these are very beneficial for your immune system.
